As a key player in driving one of Apple Retail's most exciting growth opportunities, you will support the expansion of e-commerce tools to new platforms and countries, ensuring a customer-centric approach to all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to deliver magical, personal digital experiences for our customers, leveraging generative AI and emerging technologies.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, supporting operational teams with key business inputs and perspective, and confidently communicating updates to senior leadership.
  • Oversee end-to-end planning, program management, and optimization of new features and projects, ensuring a customer experience lens and data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide feedback on new solutions and designs, identifying data-driven insights and synthesizing conclusions into actionable recommendations to influence digital commerce strategies and initiatives.
  • Drive the on-time execution of key discovery and planning activities, leading key business decisions and tracking backlogged priorities to influence roadmap planning.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience, with at least 1 year in an e-commerce, strategy, customer experience, and/or AI-related role.
  • Experience working on at least one significant customer-facing generative AI experience or tool that drove tangible results (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical skills, a curiosity to uncover root causes, and a passion for technology trends such as AI.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative bridges and foster relationships with cross-functional and global teams, with excellent verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
