Job Overview
- Explaining procedures and treatments to residents and their families
- Maintaining accurate records and charts
- Communicating with family members regarding resident progress
- Observing and directing nurse aide staff
- Responding to life-saving situations and initiating resident education plans
- Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with our policies and applicable laws
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Nursing Degree from an accredited program, college, or university
- A current, unencumbered, active OHIO RN License and current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care
- Experience with Point Click Care is a plus
