Job Responsibilities:

As a Service Desk Agent, you will:

• Provide 1st level technical support to internal employees via inbound phone calls and chats
• Assist with technical issues such as computer configurations, password resets, and specific RTO type issues
• Utilize existing knowledge base content to search for known solutions and implement workarounds
• Troubleshoot general Microsoft software products, Virtual Desktop Infrastructures, and Mobile Devices (iPhones and Androids)
• Follow directions, process large amounts of information, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 6-12 months of previous help desk experience
• Experience with a ticketing tool and IT background (previous work history, IT Degree, or IT Certification)
• Commitment to work through the contract end date (12-24 months)
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment and pick up equipment in Atlanta, GA
• Fingerprinting and full background check required
