Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of products and services to internal departments
• Supervise daily store operations and maintain accurate stock records
• Arrange receiving of materials, ensure quality of received goods, and liaise with departmental heads for returns or replacements
• Communicate effectively with superiors, peers, and subordinates
• Generate GRN on receiving goods and coordinate with the purchase department for all goods purchases

Requirements:

• Diploma in Material Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Knowledge of legislative processes and occupational safety and health
• Experience in a stores environment and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
