We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team at BCD Travel, a leading corporate travel management company. As a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our business clients, providing expert travel consultation and exceptional customer service. This is a remote, full-time opportunity based in the US, offering a competitive compensation package and a dynamic work environment.

About the Role

In this senior-level position, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of the travel industry to provide active travel consultation to our business clients, including travel details and up-selling of related products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Searching and confirming travel reservations for clients
• Providing consultation on client travel policies and industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
• Fulfilling requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Adhering to BCD Travel policies and procedures to maintain quality control
• Seeking opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients to provide suggestions for improvement

How You Can Set Yourself Apart

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Relevant travel agent experience in the entertainment industry
• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Advanced skills on travel industry systems, such as GDS Sabre
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent internet research skills for client information
