Your Role
- Greeting customers and responding to their print needs with enthusiasm and expertise
- Building relationships through open-ended questions and understanding customers' copy and print marketing requirements
- Utilizing order intake tools to capture project information and offering tailored print solutions
- Assisting customers with self-service tasks, shipping needs, and other duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Experience
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to notice quality issues
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email
- Ability to lift and move supplies (10-50 pounds) and stand/walk continuously
