As a Sales Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving customer service, sales growth, and merchandise standards execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer service and sales growth by leading and engaging associates, managing company merchandise standards, and executing sales building programs
• Train and develop associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Manage merchandise standards, including visual merchandising, pricing, and signing processes
• Oversee omnichannel operations, including buy online pick up in store, curbside pickup, and ship from store processes
• Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth in specialty businesses, such as Fine Jewelry, Mattress, and Window
• Coach and develop associates to achieve performance standards and drive results
