Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Associate Faculty in Business Administration to join our team at Cochise College. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to our students, both online and in-person. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned courses to enrolled students, managing a diverse population in a classroom, laboratory, or online environment
• Develop, prepare, and implement lesson plans, conducting pre- and post-assessment of students and evaluating their educational needs
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff to assess teaching strategies and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Maintain student records, statistics, and other pertinent information as required by the college and department
• Resolve issues relevant to area of responsibility, referring complex problems to the appropriate Department Chair, Dean, or College official

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business-related field or Public Administration, or Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in Business-related field or Public Administration
• Knowledge of current technologies, word processing, database, presentation, and spreadsheet software, specifically Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and to relate to others in a professional, helpful manner
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow multiple projects and tasks through to completion with attention to detail
