As a Remote Therapist (Contractor), you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule, allowing for an optimal work-life balance. Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions via video, in-office, or safe in-home/community settings
• Accurately document session notes using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
• Focus on therapy, with administrative tasks managed by our office staff

• Anxiety, depression, and stress management
• ADHD and behavioral issues
• Anger management and emotional distress
• Family dynamics and parenting challenges
• Trauma, abuse, and neglect
• Grief and bereavement
• Self-esteem and identity exploration
• Academic and career-related stress
• Coping with chronic illness or financial hardships
• Bullying, peer relationships, and adolescent challenges

Requirements:

• Active clinical license in Washington, D.C. (LICSW, LPC, Ph.D., or PsyD)
• At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations
• A compassionate and client-centered therapeutic approach
• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline
