To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Skills:

• A minimum of one year of customer service experience demonstrating proven sales and service skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls
• Professional phone demeanor and clear speaking voice
• Effective oral communication skills, complemented by strong listening abilities
• Resourcefulness and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in a Windows software environment
• Desired typing speed of 35 words per minute
• Strong writing skills with attention to grammar and composition
• Good organizational skills and time management
