Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for a blend of planning and execution of activities related to delivery of projects and/or financial/planning activity for their teams. While executing on project delivery, Project Managers are responsible for the success of one or more projects within a given timeline and budget, creation and maintenance of status reports, proactively managing issues and risks, and can work with third-party partners. While performing financial/planning activities, they monitor and adjust to given budgets, track work, capital spend, and support variance root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• 85% Delivery and Execution: Develop and execute effective communication with Project Stakeholders, partner with stakeholders to lead the project planning effort, and create project plans, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks.
• 15% Asset and Financial Management: Participate in vendor selection and onboarding processes, execute financial management and reporting for operational, product/business, technology, and vendor partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in project management, financial analysis, and risk mitigation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Jira
• Collaboration and coordination with external teams
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to make accurate inferences from financial documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
