Candidate Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute and navigate multiple systems and software applications
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer service oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
