Job Details:

• Location: Remote (Contract)
• Job Type: Part-Time (Temporary)
• Pay: $20/hour
• Flexible 4-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (based on time zone)
• Day shifts only, no nights or weekends

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote booth and sponsorship opportunities
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable options
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism
• Accurately record and update customer information in our CRM system
• Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old
• 2+ years of sales experience (call center or in-home sales preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an energetic attitude
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
