As a Product Manager Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and customer experience
• Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes through marketing, sales, and other activities
• Conducting market, economic, and competitive evaluations to inform product performance
• Performing fact-based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights
• Developing and implementing advanced data models and analytics to drive business decisions
• Identifying and prioritizing new features, including market analysis, business case development, and driving prioritization
• Leading complex new product development initiatives across large, cross-functional teams
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field
• 5-7 years of work experience in product management, market analysis, or research, or equivalent
• Superior knowledge of competitive, market, and economic factors affecting product performance
• Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring, and solving skills
• Strong project management and leadership experience
