We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Print Sales Representative to join our growing team at Litho Printing, a leading commercial print shop in Houston. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your exceptional selling skills and self-motivation to build successful programs with prospective clients and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell our print services to new and prospective customers using solid arguments and a customer-centric approach
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer needs and identify business opportunities
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, visiting new target customers, and following up with former customers to ensure satisfaction and reorder additional materials
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes, and coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports, and supply management with reports on customer needs and competitive activities

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in commercial printing, with strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Experience in outside sales and account management, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM software, excellent time management and organizational skills, and effective communication skills for building relationships with clients
• Prior experience in B2B sales and business development, with technical sales knowledge and the ability to conduct product demos
• Demonstrated success in territory management and upselling techniques, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
