Job Summary:

The Part-Time Center Associate will be responsible for:

• Delivering world-class customer service to retail customers
• Receiving and processing packages for courier shipment
• Operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices
• Providing accurate information on products, services, and best-value options
• Exhibiting confidence in knowing industry best practices

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• Practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
• Takes ownership of customer shipping needs and offers viable solutions
• Operate equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Sell products and services, including upselling and cross-selling
• Perform packaging, shipping, document, and mailbox services
• Opening and closing procedures, including turning on systems and tending to tasks
• Cleaning and upkeep of the store

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• Outstanding phone skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible with a willingness to learn
• Able to lift 40+ pounds and work 25-30 hours per week
• Availability for weekend shifts (Sat 9-4p / Sun 11-4p) and/or afternoon M-F shifts (2p - 6:30p et)
