Remote Aetna Data Analyst - $30-$40/Hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Data Analyst to join our team at Aetna, working remotely and earning a competitive salary of $30-$40 per hour. Pay Range: The average pay range for this position is $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other applicable factors. This role is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, fee, or short-term incentive program.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience with SQL database programming
• 2-3 years of experience working with visualization tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• 2-3 years of analytics experience working with large datasets

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with identifying and tracking Social Determinants of Health
• Deep understanding of using demographic data, including race/ethnicity, language, gender, and urban/rural status to identify disparities and track improvements over time
• Knowledge of and experience with large healthcare datasets based on administrative claims data as well as other data sources

Required Education: BS in math, statistics, or equivalent experience.
