Senior Design Manager, Title & Launch Management - Remote Opportunity

Join the world's leading online entertainment service, Netflix, as a Senior Design Manager, Title & Launch Management. As a key member of our team, you will lead a talented and diverse remote design team to deliver exceptional user experiences that enable the successful launch and promotion of our content, ads, and games.

We are seeking an experienced design leader to manage the design team responsible for developing critical project applications that ensure our titles are launched accurately, on-time, and at scale. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations, to plan and execute our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to design and execute product guides
• Develop and maintain relationships with global stakeholders to understand their workflows and ensure effective product experiences
• Balance advocacy for clients with driving teams towards operational excellence
• Manage and mentor design leadership team, navigating complexity and ambiguity in business areas
• Keep teams motivated and engaged by providing clear direction and making meaningful progress

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performance design teams
• Proven passion for B2B2C/Enterprise-related customer problems and successful track record of delivering significant products at a global scale
• Experience working closely with cross-functional partners, driving alignment among design and cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships across business areas
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, bringing thorough design thinking and operational structure to complex and evolving problem spaces
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in small group discussions, large-scale presentations, or with executives
