Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content, including writing, editing, and proofreading
• Collaborate with our team to create engaging and immersive experiences for our users
• Work with our art and design teams to develop settings, characters, and storylines
• Own the process of building new IP, including working with cross-functional teams to develop settings, characters, and storylines
• Write and edit content for various platforms, including in-game dialogue, writing descriptions, cinematics, and more
• Participate in group playtesting and provide feedback to improve the user experience
• Advance a culture of inclusivity and diversity within our team, and ensure that our content reflects this ethos

The Ideal Candidate

• Has significant experience in content creation, game development, or a related field
• Has a deep understanding of story design theory and best practices, particularly as it relates to IP world-building
• Has experience managing and directing writers and other creative team members
• Has a strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
• Is a team player who thrives in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary environment
• Is passionate about creating engaging and immersive experiences for users
