Remote Content Designer Opportunity: Shape the Future of Netflix Games

Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Content Designer to join our Netflix Games team, working closely with our engineers, product managers, and designers to create exceptional documentation and user experiences for our game developers. As a Content Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Netflix Games, ensuring that our internal and external game developers have the best possible experience when using our platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and designers, to create, maintain, and update documentation for game developers
• Develop and implement information architecture, voice and tone, style guides, and best practices for documentation
• Design and maintain workflows for ingesting and publishing documentation, ensuring seamless communication between teams
• Work closely with the Product Design team to ensure that documentation is integrated into the product UI, providing a cohesive user experience
• Review and improve existing documentation, driving changes through process improvements and collaborative efforts
• Lead new Content Design projects from concept to delivery, driving discussion and implementation across the games documentation product area
• Present Content Design work to key stakeholders, colleagues, and other Content Designers and Writers, ensuring visibility and feedback

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Content Design, technical writing, or a related field, with a focus on game development or similar industries
• Strong understanding of Content Strategy, UX Design, and Content Frameworks
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for games and game development, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends
• Proficiency in AP style and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
