As a USA Coach and Operations Manager Trainee, you will lead and develop high-performing teams, drive financial performance and sales growth, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink, ensure sales and profit goals are achieved, and provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams effectively through teaching, training, and active listening
• Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements and managing expenses
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer needs are met
• Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
• Strong leadership and communication skills
