Part-Time High School Math Tutor Opportunity in Franklin, TN

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with high school students, building their academic confidence and skills in math subjects such as Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Cal, and Calculus.

As a High School Math Tutor, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, and providing individualized attention to students. If you have experience in other subjects, such as science, reading comprehension, or test prep, we encourage you to apply and share your expertise with our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tutor high school students in math subjects, including Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Cal, and Calculus
• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment
• Explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Provide individualized attention to students
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve student success

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of math concepts, including Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Cal, and Calculus
• Patient and able to explain concepts to struggling students
• Ability to boost students' academic confidence
• Flexible availability to work late afternoon/early evening hours, several days a week
• Consistent hours from week to week
• Ability to work in our Franklin, TN branch
