Software Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Software Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of 4–5 concurrent software projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, deadlines, and quality standards. This role requires someone with solid experience managing end-to-end software development cycles, from requirements gathering to final delivery, with a strong emphasis on client communication and internal team coordination.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage multiple simultaneous software projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients—owning communications, expectations, and delivery updates.

Gather and clarify business requirements, transforming them into actionable tasks for technical teams.

️ Collaborate with development and design teams to track progress, identify blockers, and maintain momentum.

Define, implement, and optimize internal project processes and workflows.

Facilitate agile rituals (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) when applicable.

Use ClickUp to manage tasks and track deliverables (experience preferred).

Work with Zoho for CRM or project tracking purposes (nice to have).

Help create and document scalable processes for project execution and client delivery.

WHAT YOU BRING

✅ 4+ years of experience in software project management or client-facing digital delivery roles. ✅ Proven ability to manage 4–5 projects at once with multiple stakeholders and team members. ✅ Experience leading the full software development lifecycle—from requirements to delivery. ✅ Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients. ✅ Familiarity with agile methodologies, preferably Scrum; PSM certification is a plus. ✅ Experience with ClickUp for task and project tracking (preferred). ✅ Experience creating and refining internal processes. ✅ Familiarity with Zoho (CRM or PM tools) is a nice-to-have.
