Requirements and Qualifications

• Age: At least 19 years old
• Strong typing speed (minimum 60 words per minute)
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Customer-oriented and adaptable personality traits
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation
• Commitment to 2-3 shifts per week (approximately 20 hours weekly) for a minimum of one year
• Experience in a clinical environment is a plus but not required
• College coursework in biology, anatomy, or medical terminology is preferred but not required
