We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to lead our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts across Disney Entertainment. As a key member of our team, you will shape and manage CSR initiatives that align with the Walt Disney Company's purpose and business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to drive engagement, storytelling, and social impact programs that benefit our communities, consumers, and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee prosocial integrations across Disney Entertainment Television (DET) and provide guidance on authentic integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage national, local, and industry media.
  • Develop and execute CSR marketing communications strategies to drive awareness of Disney Entertainment's social impact efforts.
  • Lead the creation of photo/video content that supports CSR priorities and storytelling.
  • Manage bespoke cause marketing and prosocial campaign planning across DET brands.
  • Develop and lead internal volunteer strategy and execution for Disney Entertainment CSR.
  • Directly manage a CSR Coordinator and nurture their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, public affairs, marketing, or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience developing and executing effective social impact programs.
  • Leadership competencies to influence and build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in entertainment.
  • Knowledge of communications channels, digital tools, and project management platforms.
  • Basic visual communications skills and video content creation experience.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $113,800 - $152,500 per year.
