(USA) Food and Consumables Coach (Non-Complex) - Walmart Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food and Consumables Coach to join our Walmart Management team in Canyon, TX. As a Food and Consumables Coach, you will play a critical role in leading and developing teams, driving financial performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates
- Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
- For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required
- For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
