Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate Educator to Join PandaTree in Palo Alto, CA!

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Native Spanish Speaker Online Tutor for Children to join our dynamic team at PandaTree! As a part-time online tutor, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, make a positive impact on young minds, and help children aged 2-17 develop their Spanish language skills.

Job Summary:

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions for children aged 2-17
• Deliver 25 or 50-minute lessons using PandaTree's engaging content modules
• Help students improve their Spanish fluency through fun and interactive conversations
• Assist students with new words, corrections, and personalized word lists
• Write update notes after each lesson
• Participate in 5-15 minutes of prep time per lesson
• Lessons are recorded for quality assurance and student review

Requirements:

• Native fluency in Spanish
• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree with a focus on education or language
• 2+ years of experience teaching or working with children (classroom or tutoring experience)
• Patient, kind, energetic, and engaging personality
• Living in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (100 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
• Laptop or desktop computer (Mac or PC), camera, and microphone
• Quiet, private room with plain background for online sessions

Benefits:

• $18-$24 per hour (higher pay rate for tutors working >15 hours/week)
