About the Role

• Teach online Project Management courses in a practitioner-based program
• Develop and deliver course syllabi, lesson plans, and materials
• Facilitate student learning and engagement through effective oral and written communication
• Utilize online technologies and software to create an accessible and interactive learning environment
• Assess student performance and provide timely feedback

Requirements

• Master's degree required; Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) preferred
• 18 graduate hours in Project Management or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI preferred
• Requisite subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills
• Excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse and non-traditional environment
