Mathnasium, a leading provider of math learning centers, is seeking a passionate and experienced Math Tutor to join our Encino Park Center team in San Antonio, TX. As a Math Tutor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in math, working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
About the Role
- Create a positive, engaging, and fun learning environment for students
- Learn and implement the Mathnasium curriculum and teaching methods
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Tutor students in math at all grade levels (1-12)
- Work a consistent, flexible schedule (8-12 hours/week on average)

- Competitive hourly rate: $12.00/hr (during training) to $13.50/hr (after training)

Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Math proficiency through Algebra 2 (Pre-Calculus/Calculus preferred)
- Experience tutoring or working with children in grades 1-12 (preferred)
- Commitment to work with us for at least 9 months
