Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and driven Assistant Math Learning Center Director to support our team in Monterey, CA. As an Assistant Director, you'll play a key role in administering student assessments, developing learning plans, and providing exceptional customer service to families. You'll also lead and coach team members, manage student progress, and mentor instructional staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
* Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students
* Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
* Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction
* Manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
* Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training
* Teach/tutor in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
Requirements:
* Passion for math and working with students
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Eagerness to learn and be trained
* Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
* Proficiency in computer skills
* All applicants must take a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check
