As a tutor and coach, you will provide personalized academic support, social-emotional guidance, and executive functioning skills development to students of all ages. - Provide one-on-one coaching and tutoring support to students, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and goals.
- Prepare engaging lessons, communicate effectively with families, and track progress using our goal-tracking system.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve academic, social, and emotional success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in education, psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral, social, and emotional challenges.
- Availability at least 3 weekdays from 3pm-7pm, with strong personal organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with online management platforms and excellent communication skills.
- Valid CA Mandated Reporter Training Certificate of Completion required.
