We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Braeburn, a pioneering company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for individuals living with opioid use disorder. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in educating Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) about our products and access resources, ensuring they have the knowledge and support needed to provide optimal care for their patients.

About the Role:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, delivering clinical product-related information, and providing access-related support to HCPs in Southeastern KY. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families affected by opioid use disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve planned sales goals and patient access objectives for assigned geography
  • Demonstrate mastery of sales competencies, including business acumen, scientific knowledge, and customer engagement
  • Provide information to HCPs about access-related resources for our products, ensuring compliance with FDA-approved labeling and REMS programs
  • Effectively manage and support accounts, resolving reimbursement issues and optimizing customer and patient experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business results and improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required, advanced business degree a plus
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 3 years of sales and/or field market access experience in biotech/specialty pharmaceutical/device industries
  • Proven sales or field market access performance, with a strong understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a strong emotional intelligence and commitment to compliance
