Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper functionality of customer satellite equipment through installation and maintenance services
• Provide thorough information to customers about the features and functions of our services
• Verify and ensure the functionality of the service is fully operational during customer interactions
• Conduct installations in diverse settings, including buildings, lofts, subterranean areas, and low-height spaces
• Use office computers to access and finalize customer requests
• Adhere to safety protocols while working outdoors, regardless of the weather
• Transport company vehicles to assigned job sites

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid driver's license suitable for the vehicle being operated
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Adherence to mandatory drug tests, safety inspections, and physical prerequisites
• Ability to meet physical prerequisites, including lifting weights of up to 80 pounds
• Technical background desirable
