Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering comprehensive information about our products and services in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage inside sales activities, preparing and submitting product proposals and quotes, and following up with clients to ensure seamless sales experiences
  • Oversee order management, secure proof approvals, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive and solution-focused demeanor, reflecting our commitment to excellence and customer-centricity
  • Conduct onboarding calls for new clients, facilitating a smooth transition to our services and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Track and manage client cases related to our loyalty program, monitoring customer orders and overseeing product shipment tracking
  • Address customer issues promptly and efficiently, striving for one-touch resolutions and escalating complex issues when necessary
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and drive business growth

  • Familiarity with customer interaction best practices and experience in direct mail marketing (advantageous)

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education or relevant work experience preferred, although not mandatory
  • Previous experience in customer service or inside sales beneficial, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
