Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with consultants and senior consultants on diverse projects, driving client success and growth
• Attend weekly project meetings, take detailed meeting notes, and participate in internal debrief meetings to ensure seamless project execution
• Co-design and implement software solutions, utilizing your technical expertise to build complex systems within the Salesforce platform
• Communicate effectively with project team members and clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring client satisfaction
• Identify risks and issues, implementing process improvements to optimize our processes and prevent potential problems
• Work with agile methodologies, building software solutions using various technology stacks and contributing to the development of our clients' businesses

Estimated Time Allocation:

• Salesforce build: 70%
• Client interaction (supporting role): 20%
• Project scoping (supporting consultants): 10%
