Fullstack Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructor, Product Management to join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of our students. As a Product Management professional, you will have the opportunity to scale your impact and train the next generation of Product Managers through our live online program.

In this role, you will create dynamic learning experiences, deploy instructional best practices, and serve as a subject matter expert to students and staff. You will co-facilitate lessons, support students through exercises, and promote a collaborative learning community. Your goal will be to prepare students for the next chapter in their lives as they seek employment in the Product Management field.

We are excited to extend our reach and impact through a partnership with the Saudi Digital Academy (SDA), a key national initiative by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) of Saudi Arabia. As an Instructor, you will be part of a team that is addressing the need for practically prepared talent in the tech industry.

Logistics:

This is a contract role that requires leading classes from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Riyadh Time, Sunday through Thursday. You will need to commit to the following schedule requirements:

• Instructor onboarding to Fullstack Academy: January 2-8, 2024 (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central Time)
• SDA training and lesson planning: January 10-13, 2024
• 3-day cohort preparation and student orientation: January 14-16, 2024
• 12 weeks of bootcamp instruction: January 17 - April 9, 2024

Instructor Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Create a positive, professional, and inclusive learning environment
• Teach lessons in accordance with learning objectives and fidelity to session plans
• Employ strategies to meet the needs of adult learners, including leveraging tech tools and instructional best practices
• Manage regular communication with students and support teams
• Evaluate student performance and progression toward competencies
• Serve as a role model for students and an ambassador for our brand

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or minimum three years of experience as a project manager, product manager, associate product manager, or any product management-related role
• Prior experience teaching or mentoring in an informal capacity
• Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in any field, minimum one year of professional experience as a project manager, product manager, associate product manager, or any product management-related role, or minimum five years of professional experience as a project manager, product manager, associate product manager, or any product management-related role
