Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, warm, and inviting classroom environment that fosters learning and growth
- Communicate effectively with families to encourage partnership and support, and maintain daily records of student progress and activities
- Develop strong professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote parent and community engagement
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks, and maintain a high-quality standard of care for every child
- Utilize our science-based, proprietary curriculum to create a fun and engaging learning environment tailored to each child's developmental needs
Requirements:
- Genuine warmth and understanding of the needs of young children and their families
- Positive attitude and self-image, with a commitment to innovation and creativity
- Strong communication skills with coworkers, parents, and children
- HS Diploma or GED required, with a willingness to pass state-required background checks
