Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional assistance to individuals or small groups of students in classrooms
• Support instructional outcomes for students by assisting with checking for student understanding and facilitating differentiated supports
• Lead small group instruction with students and tutor individuals and small groups of students in various subject areas
• Assist teachers in establishing and maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant classroom and learning environment
• Supervise students in all indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring a safe environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or college course units toward BA desired
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, 4 hours a day, starting at $17 per hour
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, creative, independent, and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail
