Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for facilitating the new-hire process, administering benefits, supporting recruitment efforts, and maintaining accurate records and employee statistics. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the new-hire process, including orientation and ensure timely processing of new-hire paperwork
• Administer benefits, including claims resolution, invoice reconciliation, and communicating benefits information to employees
• Provide full life cycle recruiting support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
• Maintain accurate records and employee statistics for government reporting
• Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the organization
• Conduct reference and background checks, and assist in evaluating applicant qualifications
• Prepare and extend job offer packages to successful candidates
• Provide weekly status reports on open requisitions and recruiting activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting HR functions, ideally with government contracting
• Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
