Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat
• Navigate multiple computer systems to assist customers with their home improvement projects
• Coordinate online orders, delivery, and installation of appliances
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency in multiple systems

• Open availability between 6am-2am EST, 7 days a week
