We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our data engineering projects and drive business growth. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating complex data engineering projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage multiple data engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and delivery
• Design, plan, and coordinate project schedules with clients and project team members
• Create and manage tasks to complete projects within deadlines, identifying and resolving technical challenges and issues
• Utilize expertise in data engineering technologies, including ETL tools (Informatica, Data Stage, SSIS) and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Apply knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools to drive continuous improvement and efficient delivery processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure, technology partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Lead and mentor offshore delivery teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technology and business leaders
• Prepare and deliver status reports, including WSR and MSR, to ensure transparency and progress updates

Requirements:

• 11-20 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in project management
• Proven expertise in data engineering technologies, including ETL tools and cloud platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools
• Experience working with remote teams and stakeholders
