Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restrooms, breakrooms, and other designated areas
• Collect and dispose of trash, ensuring proper replacement of trash bags
• Perform floor cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
• Dust furniture, walls, and other surfaces, and polish windows for a sparkling environment
• Operate cleaning equipment and use supplies following Kimco standards for quality service
• Securely lock doors to ensure building security and safety

Requirements:

• Prior experience (at least 6 months) in janitorial services or commercial cleaning is preferred
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. consistently and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• A positive team player with a can-do attitude
