Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly enthusiastic and energetic Front Desk Associate, also known as a Moodlifter, to join our team at Blink Fitness in East Orange. As a Moodlifter, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a welcoming and exceptional experience for our members and guests. Your warm smile, infectious energy, and exceptional customer service skills will make every interaction a memorable one.

Responsibilities:

• Greet every member and guest with genuine enthusiasm and a smile
• Conduct tours of our facility for potential members, showcasing our amenities and services
• Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure seamless club operations
• Address member requests and concerns with urgency and a solution-focused approach
• Maintain a clean and organized club environment, including frequent bending, lifting, and walking
• Sign members up for startup sessions with our Personal Trainers
• Uphold regular and punctual attendance, adhering to our company's policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and move gym equipment (15-20 lbs frequently, 45 lbs occasionally)
• Capacity to remain stationary at the front desk for extended periods
• World-class customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong work ethic, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Alignment with the Blink Fitness brand and values
