Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise to establish standard costs and collect operational data for comprehensive cost analysis, driving business growth and optimization.
• Analyze actual financial results against plans and forecasts to identify and explain variances, providing actionable recommendations to management.
• Guide the cost analysis process by enforcing policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts, and recommending strategic actions to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor financial trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend data-driven decisions to management.
• Reconcile financial transactions, maintain the accuracy of the financial database, and provide insightful analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automated accounting applications, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
• Uphold confidentiality by securely handling sensitive financial information and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, intermediate SQL, and familiarity with PowerBI.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal direction.
