Position Summary We are hiring experienced, bilingual (Spanish and English) Pharmacy Technicians with an active Illinois license to work remotely. This role supports a healthcare client with order management, customer service, and pharmacy logistics. Applicants must reside in Florida, Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for order processing, customer inquiries, returns, and deliveries
- Manage incoming orders via phone, fax, web, or electronic systems
- Investigate and resolve service issues with accuracy and professionalism
- Track shipments and manage order exceptions
- Collaborate with distribution teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory procedures
- Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and medical personnel
- Support new team members during training when needed
- Meet individual and team performance standards
Requirements
- Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License (or ability to obtain before training; reimbursement provided after hire)
- Must reside in Florida, Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Pharmacy Technician Certification
- 2-4 years of customer service, healthcare, or call center experience (U.S.-based preferred)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Technical Requirements
- Stable broadband internet with Ethernet (wired) connection
- USB-wired headset (noise-canceling preferred)
- Minimum computer specifications:
- Processor: 1.8GHz+ (64-bit preferred)
- RAM: 8GB or higher
- Free Storage: 10GB minimum
- Screen Resolution: 1920x1080
- Operating System: Windows 11+ or macOS 13+
Training & Work Schedule
- Training Start Date: August 18, 2025
- Training Duration: 5 weeks (paid)
- Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
Production Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
- Minimum 30 hours per week, up to 40 hours
Compensation & Benefits
- Training Pay: $18 per hour
- Post-Training Pay: $20 per hour
