This role will be responsible for providing live chat support to our clients on-site at various research locations. We are looking for a candidate who is customer-oriented, tech-savvy and has excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position and requires flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, which may include evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in live chat conversations with clients and provide prompt and efficient support.
  • Answer any questions or concerns related to the research project, procedures and protocols.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all chat conversations and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the research team to ensure all client inquiries are handled efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate updates or changes in research procedures to clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for the clients.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and type quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of live chat software.
  • Experience in a research or data-driven environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation
