Hotline Representative (Night Shift, $20/hour) About the opening:Overnight shiftsPay: $20/hrPart Time shiftsTraining in Framingham office, then hybrid work arrangement afterResponsibilities:Answer calls from individuals facing mental health issues, crises, suicidal thoughts, and other stressful situationsShow extreme empathy and remain non-judgmental to assist callers effectivelyDe-escalate situations with the support of the call site supervisorBe prepared to call 911 on behalf of the caller in emergenciesRequirements:High school degreeExperience with data gathering techniquesProficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, databases, and other software systemsAbility to deescalate crisis situations while maintaining composureMust attend training in Framingham, MAMac (Google Chrome access) or PC, strong Wi-Fi, headphones with microphone compatible with computerQuiet workspace for working from home for remote shiftsPreferred Requirements: Prior telephone/call-center experience focused on emotional supportThere are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
