We're seeking a highly skilled E-Service Chat Representative to join our team at Frontdoor, a cutting-edge company reimagining how homeowners maintain and repair their most valuable asset - their home. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and business partners through inbound and outbound electronic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via electronic communication, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors, providing clear and concise information.
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Assume additional duties as assigned to support the growth and success of our team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic communication tools.
- Availability to work on video calls as required during working hours.
