We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Enrollment Management team by extracting, manipulating, analyzing, and assessing enrollment data and requests. You will utilize a blend of automation and manual analysis to make informed decisions, ensure compliance with company policies, state laws, and regulations, and provide reporting to support operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and maintain dealer customer accounts
* Update system profiles and support various products related to onboarding
* Set up product/feature sets for dealers
* Create and maintain dealership profiles within the CAMS
* Update user profiles within the CAMS
* Adhere to all audit/policies and procedures
* Communicate effectively with internal, dealer, finance source, and owner contacts
* Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility
Requirements:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio

Other Essential Requirements:
* Prior experience in Automotive Retail Finance or other related Consumer Finance experience is a plus
