Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at CVS Health, working remotely and providing exceptional support to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to benefits, eligibility, and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from Aetna Medicaid members and providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, and additional programs.
  • Provide accurate and timely information, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to access and update member information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, as needed, to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members, providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with secure ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not allowed).
  • Occasional onsite work may be required in Richmond, VA, in the event of technical issues or other business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare programs.
